Pros
1. Excellent PTO.
2. Great manager and DO at my location.
3. Decent work-life balance.
Cons
1. Large pay discrepancies between facilities (to the tune of $40k) between associates doing the same job.
2. Frequent implementation of policies or technologies that are either non-beneficial, time wasting, or fixing things that were not broken. I would admit there may be legitimate reasons for a lot of these, but if so they are either being poorly explained or not at all.
3. Failure to recognize the importance of individuals at the site-level and the impact they have in the facility.
