Pros
I have an excellent team and a truly incredible manager - someone both skilled at working with people and knowledgeable about the industry. I love the remote work policy - I go in office about 1 or days per week, as does the rest of my team.
Cons
Salary isn't amazing, but it's certainly competitive for an apparel company. Also the benefits aren't great - they don't subsidize dependents on health insurance, so if you have spouse/kids to add to your plan it will cost a lot
