Company wants 10 lbs of work to fit into a 5 on bag. No support in listening to our concerns. Answer is always you have to figure it out. They require a lot of admin work but don’t allow office time to complete the tasks. Takes too long to get answer to solve important customer issues. They over work you and the only way to get everything done is to work after hours or weekends. They say to better manage your workload but then require you to complete it all. Management listens but does not support with changes. Upper management doesn’t care and want it all done. High stress job when they want you to do so much in the little time. staff is leaving and not hiring replacement and spreading workload.
