Reading some of the negative reviews I have to write one in support of the Leadership team at ATA. The leadership team recognizes talent and strategically designs its team for success. If you are a dedicated driven individual with a desire to excel and learn this is a business to be a part of and the team to work with. Expectations are high from Senior Management and any person wanting to grow can appreciate the hard work it takes to achieve growth goals. This company is filled with dedicated strong individuals of all walks of life illustrating their talent with a balance of freedom and structure. Giving opportunities to talented individuals that may have a criminal past is an admirable risk. Changing lives building lives is a risk many companies avoid. Seeing people’s potential and not their past fits well with the conservative Christian principles I believe the Chairman stands by and advocates for. All businesses have internal struggles but this business has a feeling of family and for family. Potential is not limited there so if you are a positive, innovative, humble, and kind person looking to learn and grow or even wanting to share your successful business traits this is a wonderful place to work.

Undercapitalized for the possibilities this corporation has. May benefit from acquisition growth and additional financial leadership.
