Great buyers, experienced store manager, commission, small company, great products, dress policy, good break room, room for growth, flexible hours, lots of hours, good about time off, flexible availability
Cons
Understaffed, lack of communication, distracted management, lack of consistency, miscommunication, harsh on mistakes or problems that May of not been your fault, half commission on sale, harsh on break times, lots of product and needed to be perfect before the end of the night which is hard when understaffed, no credit is given to sales associates if customer doesn't remember your name, not allowed to ring your own customers, low hourly, sometimes you have to find a manager to ring if there is no cashier, sometimes store is hot because of broken air conditioning, harsh signs around the store reminding associates to get to work
