Pros
This is a awesome security company to work for, I have a great working area other security guards do there jobs well, the company is always willing to work with me with my schedule as long as I give them notice in advance, love it here!
Cons
The only cons I have seen is somtimes you get a security guard who does not want to work and all they do is complain about standing or patrolling etc this is our job as a security guard, I hate working with lazy security guards but the good news is when management finds out they quickly fire those lazy guards, you can see some of those lazy guards complaints on this site they write a bad review after they get fired for messing up!
