If you have a good team / manager who pushes a fair culture and team bonding it's great bonus is actually quite fair and can earn you quite a bit more than standard pay
Cons
commission structure promotes selfish people who really come out to steal sales and not care to have actual knowledge to help customers Bonus and job perks seem to get worse and worse as time goes on
