Just as a note a CSM typically starts at 65k a year in Colorado. They don't pay near that as we've all noticed.
Your parking or commute will not be validated at all. You are expected to pay that. This is a point of contention with a number of the CSM members. The pay is once a month still. They are trying to change it but that's further down the line. Benefits are just not great in terms of medical. This is talked about by everyone on staff as well it's not a hidden thing. Something they are working on still.
The team itself well there are some great people and also some not great people on the team that have said some eyebrow raising things that other employees would have someone fired or on probation for.
Also there is no HR department per say. Just the hiring manager but it's a common joke in the office about oh you couldn't say that if we had HR department. Jokingly but truly don't have HR. If you email the HR department it goes to the hiring manager and the CEO.
Also if you want to move up just play the politics and you will. The CEO is really nice and relaxed. He isn't invasive and is willing to work with you. Same with the hiring manager really great person. If some things changed then this would be a 5/5 place to work.
