I worked for this business several years ago. My employment was terminated without prior warnings or documented performance issues, which was unexpected and difficult at the time. Communication surrounding the termination was limited, and I was not given clear feedback or an opportunity to improve. I’m sharing this to encourage future employees to ask detailed questions about performance expectations and termination policies before accepting a position.
