-Health benefits little to no contribution for dependents. -Overstaff and ask employees to take voluntary time off to help with turn over rate. -Incomplete, inefficient claims management system have to use 2 systems almost a year now. -Over complicated claims adjudication process. Procedures written not taking into account time management affecting metrics on over repetitive processes. -Be willing to work on breaks or off hours to stay on track of metrics. -Management changed work procedure to get work load done on a broken claims system so you have to cheat the system or work off hours, if not you will eventually get a written up to eventual terminate plan. -Upper Management is reactive not proactive and not accountable, with the blame rolls down hill mentality. -Waiting to get terminated for not cheating procedures or not following procedures and not working off hours to keep up with workload. -Currently adjusters set up to fail metrics depending on work ethics. -I have been personally advised it is impossible to keep up with workload unless procedures are (not) followed and have to make the decision to do what I have to do or option to leave the company. -Mass hire and then 6 months later mass layoff right after Christmas means very poor management possibly due to clients leaving to go to another administrator.
