Good Benefits you can earn vacation quick (if you every get to take it)
Cons
Where do I start... Incredibly inexperienced managers. Heaven fobid something goes wrong because there isn't anyone left with knowledge. Additionally, if you screw up it's all on you... Staffing is always a challenge because no one sticks around. 24 on call every 4 days (you get calls constantly) , 55-60..Training is vert inadequate.
