      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      Zero communication, no training, management is lost. Everyone wants to be your boss. I was only there 7 weeks and never knew my direct report. You can not get any help from management or HR. They could not care less about their employees. I was in sales and they want you to log your phone calls on an archaic speadsheet LOL. No CRM, Mico the hell out of you. Disgusting place if you are a professional.

      1. Supportive and approachable leadership, 2. Many opportunities for personal and professional growth 3. Very Positive, and respectful workplace culture

      1. Occasionally, balancing multiple responsibilities can be demanding, but in the end it helps develop valuable multitasking skills. 2.The front desk role does sometimes require handling unexpected situations, but in turn builds adaptability and problem-solving skills. 3.With so many different people and needs, you get to develop some great problem solving skills.
