      Pros

      I've had a really good time here as a Financial Controller. The work is challenging in a good way, and I feel like I'm making a real difference. The people are super helpful and smart, and everyone works well together.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is that things can get pretty hectic because we are a growing company, with tight deadlines, especially when closing the quarter.

Occasionally, balancing multiple responsibilities can be demanding, but in the end it helps develop valuable multitasking skills. 2.The front desk role does sometimes require handling unexpected situations, but in turn builds adaptability and problem-solving skills. 3.With so many different people and needs, you get to develop some great problem solving skills.
