Management truly cares about their employees and recognizes that their people are their greatest resource.

There have been no cons thus far.

The starting pay can be good.

This company seems to like releasing employees with no warning, and giving no reason. Personally had this happen to me, worked every day gave my all and was released while others with attendance issues, time theft issues, etc continue to work for this organization. Upper management very disrespectful and manipulative. Many osha violations, ethics violations. Witnessed a coworker being called vulgar names by a program manager.
