Pros
They have a very flexible working culture. Most Thai companies no longer allow WFH policy after the pandemic, unlike Amcor. They realized the ability of their workers to work remotely while still maintaining work quality.
Cons
Not in main areas of Bangkok. You might be facing difficulty in commuting without a personal car. But that's not a big issue.
