Pros
Great products, great R&D. Nice sales team. The company seems great except for the specific situation in France right now.
Cons
Corrupt management, very high rate of turnover (15 reps were fired or resigned in less than 4 years, the sales force includes 12 positions). Sales targets are always given HALFWAY through the quarter. Bad communication in general. Sketchy decision are made all the time and then employees get informed
