      Some of my former colleagues were lovely

      Cons

      Claim not to be dog eat dog but are very. No training or help for growth Senior staff can make people feel very uncomfortable and pressured Too much focus on KPIs when other areas needed more attention

      Pros

      Great culture, fun people to work with & company is quite patient for employee learning and development. Some good experienced people working there.

      Cons

      Change and experimentation is abundant, company could provide more support to aid success.
