Pros

- The coworkers used to be the one redeeming quality of the company. After multiple rounds of layoffs and random terminations, not many people remain. Even with all the issues at this company, I am grateful for having had the opportunity to work with all those people that I met here.

Cons

- Quality Standards: The site is riddled with compliance issues. The company makes questionable compromises when making quality decisions. Quality is not a priority at this company. - Leadership: After leadership changes, the company lost a majority, if not all, of their experienced leadership. Those knowledgeable individuals with years of experience and the ability to provide training and guidance to other employees are no longer with the company. Most employees in management roles lack this experience and the ability to make impartial decisions. It was well-known that the company had problems with nepotism and favoritism. - Pay: The salaries for most titles are well below median. Most new hires stay for 1-2 years for the experience and then leave. - Culture: The company has a rather toxic environment. It is clear that the company is not concerned with their employees’ wellbeing. People are expendable to them. - Safety: There are several concerning safety issues throughout the site. There has always been a lack of a certified safety personnel, or new hires wouldn’t stay too long. - Communication: There was none. There was a complete lack of transparency with employees. The ”open door” policy didn’t really involve an “open door” or the management even being present. Individuals were also very quick to point fingers when problems occurred.

Pros

Work as a team, trainers and team do a good job of including everyone to contribute Decent availability for lateral moves to gain more exposure of company Flexible time off 10 hour shift, 3 days of each week 6 days off on monthly shift transitions Collaborative environment non-micromanagement Leadership incentives for more pay management seems to try to empathize with governing teams Good job if interested in pharmaceutical manufacturing and just want to clock in, get your work done, learn what you can, and clock out Company seems to be growing again after a couple financial struggle years benefits are good, most health, dental, and vision are low or no cost. Good 401K match, good PTO accrual Great onboarding curriculum that seems to always be improving (but people still complain about it) Senior management and supervisors are good at relating to workers, relaying information and duties to employees without overwhelming them. Has a diversity day where everyone plays games and enjoys food from all the different ethnic groups that work there (potluck style, outdoors) very fun idea

Cons

High Turnover Not very professional-->Lots of complaining, swearing, trying to be the "right" one, no dress code (Dress code can be a pro or a con depending on who you are) Teams can sometimes have attitude of "we are in a sinking boat, but all together" Lack of positivity not much for job advancement relatively low pay that is not negotiable (probably due to the talk amongst employees on how much they earn) most jobs internally are lateral moves Once processes are learned not much more to learn non flexible on offer considerations (non negotiable pay, wont give more than 3 days to consider/accept) People in other departments have an attitude of looking down on manufacturing more labor work rather than actual scientific work
