AND most people dont follow through after the meeting - Limited learning & growth opportunities - Legacy systems, and resistant to change - Love having large meetings with 20+ people - Senior VPs mostly attend meetings and makes questionable decisions - Competent employees will be tasked to clean up other people's work - Very hierarchy based, most senior managers and above have a huge ego for no reason - Stagnant progression, some employees have been in the same position for EIGHT (8) years!! - Top heavy organisational structure, there will be more people telling you to help them send an email, than people actually doing the work
