Tech for good - CEO-Founder Amba Health and Care Employee Review

People didn't work here to pass the time - there was active passion in figuring out the best way to do things and really make a difference.

I worked here when it was CookiesHQ, which Amba acquired, so I can't say any cons about Amba.

Amba offers great flexibility, whether that is location or hours, and actively encourages a healthy work/life balance. There are also some great benefits including; enhanced pension, generous holiday, life insurance, and share option schemes. There is a great work culture, where people are encouraged to share, collaborate across roles and be themselves. A strong leadership team that is encouraging, open, transparent, and supportive. In addition to all this - it feels great to work for a genuinely 'tech for good' company.

None to speak of, just the usual growing pains that come from a start-up trying to excel and scale at speed. The leadership team is aware of this though and is always looking to develop processes and recruit where necessary to help with this.
