      Pros

      Salary, is an incentive however its comes from owners, not those corrupted managers onsite

      Cons

      Management make you work twice or 3 times as hard as they show to external auditors. They HIDE part of volume behind pallete and show only minium stock handled to show its safe. Normally its exploitation and unsafe work

      I loved the hours I worked and be able to do part time. It was great for me and my family

      I heard a lot of negative talk about the full time hours during the peak season

      People are great, nice office and starting bonus

      Cons

      5 day RTO, not much focus on development, too much bureaucracy and everyone is overworked, working long nights and weekends
