Pros
I work in APO org where things are little streamlined. They do have good job security like no layoffs heard in the past few years and don’t see people PIPed often as compared to other orgs
Cons
No career growth or clear path on how you can move to the next level. Not sure if this is the case in other orgs too but there are little opportunities and no clear parh to showcase that next level criteria to get promoted.
