Pros
Small team so it´s easier to get along. Close relation with building owner which avoids going to the burocratic ladder when comes to desicion making.
Cons
No support from supervisor, in fact, no supervision whatsoever. Lack of material and human resources, have to beg for materials or supplies. No feedback or evaluation. No forma structure of chain of command.
