Run away! Do not look back. The company plays favoritism, a lot of politics and the employees are treated like they are part of an adult day care. The company treats salaried employees like they’re hourly. Everyone who works here is depressed and management is attempting to push people out by allowing red tape policies. Once the company gets a full use of you they then want to dump you. It’s a very sad place to work at and employees are afraid to speak up due to retaliation. Talent has no merit here but only if you’re a friend of someone. Just because the company is paying you they feel like they own you
