Very poor management across the board - Anonymous employee Altus Group Employee Review

We appreciate your feedback and we’re happy to hear your positive comments about work-life balance and the friendly team we have at Altus Group. However, with respect to the comments regarding management, we do not take this feedback lightly. We absolutely do not condone abusive behavior. Our Workplace Anti-Violence, Discrimination, and Harassment and Bullying Policy outlines our Complaint Procedures for employees who believe they have been harassed in the workplace. We would encourage our employees to speak out. Altus Group will investigate all complaints of harassment, as required by the Policy and the law. We also take steps to protect the confidentiality of the individuals involved in the investigation. We prohibit reprisals of any kind against individuals acting in good faith who report incidents of workplace violence, harassment, bullying and/or discrimination or are identified as witnesses. We would encourage you to speak with someone in HR or another manager you feel comfortable with so that we can take action on this.
