In a market saturated with recruitment companies all claiming to be better than and different to each other, the Directors at Altum have managed to create something genuinely unique. I joined Altum Consulting because on interviewing with the two Directors, I knew I wanted to work for them and the last nearly three years with them have been fantastic. The culture is non-aggressive and encouraging. I developed at my own pace, was encouraged to set my own KPI's and deadlines and to develop personal methods and ways of working. I have learnt an enormous amount from them, both about how to be a successful head hunter but also about how to conduct myself in the world of business. They are ethical, hard working and always operate with the highest level of professionalism. If you are fortunate enough to interview with Altum Consulting, I cannot urge you strongly enough to accept the job if it is offered to you. You'll have so much fun with the team - the people are amazing and I have made some of my closest friends in my time here - and the company is only going to continue to grow and move from strength to strength.
