Good place to work - Structural Engineer Altitude Aerospace Employee Review

Working in the past at larger aircraft companies where the work environment can be a bit of a rat race and work can be very specialized. It is very refreshing to work at Altitude where individual ownership of the project is available, and engineers see more of the Big Picture of their efforts. The workplace has a very comfortable setting and engineers are treated with respect and their opinions are valued. Great coffee is supplied too!!!!!

I've worked here for over a year and can find no Cons.

Good group to work with.

Altitude or Altech Aerospace (same company) is a good starting place in your career but don't expect growth there. No industry respected senior engineer stays for long. CEO is desperate and says yes to every bit of work that walks by the door by over promising, while scrambling internally on how to deliver on those promises. The owner is a micromanager until things go wrong, at that point it becomes your problem. Budget engineering firm with budget engineering results.
