I agree with you that our products are truly leading-edge, and although our salespeople work hard to ensure our solutions align with our customers' needs, it is much easier to achieve your goals as an account executive when the product is as well-designed and as effective as ours are fortunate to be.
Although the experience back in 2018 you described with the prior leader who is no longer with the company is atypical and out of line with our culture and expectations of all of our associates, I can assure you that I take the feedback very seriously and have taken it onboard as we go forward.
With the new leaders we have in place, we have not only set new strategic imperatives for 2021, but we have also refreshed our Core Values. Building on what was set in place by our founders, our Core Values here at Alteryx are: Customer First, Accountability, Equality, Integrity and Empowerment. Any violation of any of those values will be addressed quickly and fairly, as ours is a culture rooted in respect and focus on the ability of everyone to do their best work. As a leadership team - and as colleagues - we're laser focused on building and scaling the culture and the company our associates deserve and our customers need in order for us to design and deliver the very best products and solutions.
