Pros
- Large customer base with use cases across nearly every functional area of an enterprise - End users generally love the core product - Post-acquisition dust is settling, and important roles are being backfilled again
Cons
- Forcing new platform (and its higher pricing) on customers who haven't properly planned for it (or budgeted for it) - Offshore support just gives stock answers, and they aren't even as good as ones found through Google searches - Product team spends more time creating internal demos on future capabilities than actually delivering quality cloud and AI capabilities that are acceptable to large enterprises
