      Pros

      Working with good engineers and on interesting projects. Small company so you are able to work in every corner of a modern web service, from infra to backend to frontend. Ambitious goals. Liberal work schedule / work from anywhere.

      Cons

      Processes are not so developed which may confuse at first :)
