Poor communication from upper management. Our district was with out a leader for 6 months. Given a store that was a problem to begin with and was expected to turn it around 360 degrees during the holiday and short staffed. Shipment every day m-f. Suppose to have 2 mystery shoppers every month muy had 4+ December and 3 in January. Ship from store didn’t even work 50% of the time. Way to much work and no support from anyone. The CEO Aaron just yells about how important secret shops are but 70% of the company is doing bad. Was let go with no reason until I reached out to someone else and was told I wasn’t making numbers which was a lie! Worked the entire holiday season- my team and I busted out behinds and they wouldn’t even give me the bonus which was paid 1 week after I was let go. No communication at all. Not to mention upper management never stepped foot into our stores. Lesson learned, don’t always go for the dream that is put in front of you. Do your research! Oh I didn’t mention I worked 17 open to closes as well!
