Global presence ensuring that you have to interact with people from lot many countries all the time

1. Lot of work since there are lot of clients and a small team 2. Location of the company can be improved by shifting the office elsewhere ( Although it is not as bad as the location where Steve Jobs started Apple : His Garage") 3. At the time of writing this review, the company was still in Start-up phase; thus come all the challenges associated with startups

The best reason to continue is this company is that all Saturday & Sunday's are not working.

The company location is very bad. Company doesn't celebrate any occasion's or festivals Can't take leaves... because of work load. Salary is really below industry standards. You have to complete any work in maximum half hour... because more than that time taken is treated as time pass. Working no of people in the company is only 5 to 6,so be prepared to do loads of work. Salary is a huge problem because as it is a start up.. In / Out time is recorded even break time. There's always a watch of Cctv camera even if you go to washroom also..you have to do it very fast. Employee cannot take their own decision...or cannot even advice for betterment of the company.. There is also one unhygienic washroom here....in which the flush is not working anytime.
