Unorganized, Micromanaging, Insensitive Workplace - Anonymous Aloysius Butler & Clark Employee Review

I enjoyed my time and had nothing bad to say for over a year of working here. By the end of my employment, I noticed a lot of cons. Working on different teams without clear communication was the hardest part. Teams were not clear about what was needed/how things were expected. Managers did not check in nicely with team members, expected too much of them without making sure they are feeling okay with their load. The micromanaging of managers is out of hand and unnecessary. I felt a lack of trust within my role. Managers and some team members were extremely insensitive to others creating discomfort.
