      Pay and benefits not competitive. If you can't be on time, call center not for you.

      You get to work from home.

      Cons

      Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
