      Pros

      The people I worked with were great

      Cons

      Managment were short sighted, and uncooperative. They micromanaged they any satisfactions out of the job. They made empty promises. Evaluations were rare and raises nonexistent. They threatened to fire everyone for lack of production even if you were making it.

      You get to work from home.

      Cons

      Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
