      Pros

      Company cares about its employees and does a lot to recognize us such as company picnics, monthly and quarterly performance recognition, and a great atmosphere. Love the on site cafeteria as well. Plenty of advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Health benefits are a little expensive but the other benefits are reasonable. No restaurants or fast food places within walking distance.

      Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

      Cons

      horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
