Pros

Great teammates and trainers, they do provide transportation.

Cons

Low payment. Transportation arrivas 1 hour before your shift starts and you can't do OT with that hour. Almost no wfh They ruin your payments and don't fox them. Specially when is due to sickness. If they break or ruin anything you own they won't even allow you to check the cameras. Broke my pc and denied me access to the cameras to see who did it, no one took ownership or responsibility. Wheb it comes to diversity and tolerance, you are not educated to respect, they tell you to "pretend" and avoid getting in trouble with "that" people, this regarding the LGBTQ community, especially the T's. Instead of educating the message is to hate quietly and not in front of them, to just pretend.

Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

Cons

horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
