Pros

Work from home. Management was good.

Cons

Pay was low for amount of service provided. No raises. When equipment doesn’t work u don’t work. Pointed even if lights or internet goes out.

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
