low wage no job security they dont care about drivers insane amount of miscommunication always a new project that would fail or never start CEO moved me up there, would not help me move back even though I got laid off for no good reason

Shorter work hours, so can work another job, or get home early for kids etc.

Low pay for work expected, toxic environment, unsafe, untrained, unmanaged, bonuses were offered and then never given, will fire at any random time without cause, expects you to train and supervise for the same power wage, hires people who don't speak English and don't want to work yet expect you to work with them.
