Maybe location? It's very close to the trains and a lot of places to it.

Cons

Where do I begin? Family run religious company in midtown. No room for advancement. Absolutely no culture. Owner yells and belittles his sales team, he screams so loud that there are times i thought he was having a stroke. There is no drinkable water, you have to buy your water gallons at the CVS. They cut back on paper towels. All the other 40 positive reviews are done by family members and outsiders, DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS. They will lure you in with a decent salary, but give you little to no raises each year. This is the perfect place to end your career or start it if you have no drive or wish to be stuck in your career.

Pros

When given a project I feel supported by management and my team to get the project completed. I also feel comfortable asking for help when needed and it is always provided.

Cons

Initiating pay raises and reviews without having to ask for it. Lowering the cost of the contribution for health insurance would be helpful.

They’re somewhat flexible with schedule

Cons

CEO Raymond yells and disrespects his employees, it doesn’t matter what it was. He was charming at times but strict and old fashioned way to handle business.
