No diversity in management; micromanaging by people who have no idea what allied health does; expected to be in the office M-F 8:45-5:15 with no flexibility; fast expansion and little regard for employees; not enough space or supplies to effectively perform your role (there is one small designated room for 4 OTs), additional space can be commandeered at any time; clinical leadership can be rude and gossips
