Pros

No overtime! Typical 8 hours every day.

Cons

A very HORRIBLE Mom-and-Pop-and-Son company has such high turnover rate. The company doesn't provide any training at all just wish you can start to pick up their messy work within two days. Otherwise, HR will send you an EDD information right away. If you want to find a stable job, please stay away from this company. You don't even bother to remember co-worker's names. Anyway, many of them would be dismissed in couple weeks.

Allure Labs Response

We have read your review and provided our response below. We believe this review to be un reflective of how we operate at Allure Labs. We have been in business for 23 years and have many employees that have accomplished either 5+, 10+, and 20+ tenure with us. We believe in employee retention, and growing with the company. We’re successful because of the employee’s that contributed to providing excellent services and still continue to do so. We want our employees to be happy and successful; otherwise we set ourselves up for failure. We’re a family owned business that we take pride in, which is something hard to accomplish in this generation. I find this review just wrong, unfortunately whoever wrote this, lacked the skill set to survive in the position this person held. Not to be crude, but your review was filled with grammatical errors which show you lacked patience and the skill set to write professionally. Clearly this person is venting out on their professional career ....

Pros

Health Insurance and discounts on products

Cons

Underpaid, undervalued, in-office setting only, discrimination on employees who do get to work remotely or on a hybrid schedule, HR has their "favorite" employees and it's well known (for example, special birthday gatherings in the conference room for select employees with cake, gifts, etc...)
