Pros
I was given more than enough flexibility to learn new technologies when required for a new project which was a real relief. The opportunity that was given to work closely with the clients and other stakeholders is a super plus for someone who is willing to improve/grow along with the company. And the working environment and the awesome team, that is someone should not forget.
Cons
I personally did not see any downside working there in Allion Technologies. It was my first job and I grew up with it, I learned software engineering from it. They promoted me wherever possible. Provided me the opportunity to go overseas to meet the clients.
