There’s a great balance of “work hard, play hard,” with the company promoting both productivity and enjoyment at the right moments. The fast-paced environment and real-time challenges keep us agile, sharp, and solution-oriented. It’s a dynamic setting that pushes you to grow and stay creative while focusing on efficiency. There are plenty of opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. You’re not just learning theories—you’re immersed in real, hands-on work that helps you build meaningful skills and relationships. It’s a great place to grow, both as a contributor and as a teammate. Naturally, employees who are less productive or less team-oriented will need to show improvement and upskill before receiving the same level of incentives. The system rewards performance and collaboration fairly, encouraging everyone to strive for their best. The very high turnover rate at the management level led to chaos. No SOP for work.

Free water and Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

The middle layer here is in a tough spot: full accountability, zero authority, because micromanagement from the top is too heavy. That’s why all the good people are leaving — leadership cannot get aligned. On top of that, office politics are very bad, benefits are weak, and the team is just burnt out every day.
