The only pro was the hard-working technicians in the field day in day out
Cons
Upper management was terrible did not care about issues only sales , would constantly push to get jobs done no matter what it takes to move onto the next one , would put certain customers above other customers , Constant bad mouthing of technicians by office employees looking down on technicians
