Pros
not much to say here, you have the ability to work independently, only because the management does not care about the employees or the school. Too cheap.
Cons
The owners are the workers along with all of their family members. If you are not family, they really don't care. I was dedicated to the company over 5 years and I decided to move on. They are rolling in the enrollments due to dedicated admissions. Yet the owners say there is a pay increase freeze for 2 years?? The enrollments add up to millions and you can't afford to pay the 15-20 employees you have? CHEAP and greedy. Mismanagement means no growth, less students, less programs, (supposedly less money) and soon no school.
