Remote culture, pay is decent, some colleagues are experts in their fields and you can learn from them -- IF you get a hold of them

Absolutely AMBIGIOUS expectations, datasets are made out of thin air and no one will explain how to design them, but you are HIGHLY expected to do it. Job responsibilities are vague, interactions with colleagues difficult (becuase of remote work), sales will blame you for everything and get away with it. Though they are told to focus on the research side of matters, Analysts are actually expected to market and sell their research. Research timelines overtime have become absurdly short and everything needs to be "bite size", therefore you are more a copy machine than a real researcher/analyst. Lastly, AI will threaten positions at the company, and in the future will damage revenue streams, hence higher chances to lose your job.
