Pros
Earlier the company was very near to location of my residence in sector 44 Gurgaon. Later got shifted to remote location of sector 66 to save operational cost.
Cons
There is a well defined chain of command, however the person at higher level defeats the purpose by controlling this chain of command. To promote a person his/her current salary is asked first so to find a person whose salary is leads and after promotion also don't have to pay comparatively more. So operational cost is prime factor than your talent.
