Pros

-The office environment is modern, comfortable, and quiet since it's mostly empty due to recent construction expansion, and half the staff quit in the past year. -Most people are inclusive, nice, and competent. -Great for young professionals in their 20s looking for a social workplace that feels like an extension of high school or college. -They successfully brand themselves externally to win "Best Places to Work" awards, and the 3-day weekends are a necessary relief after brutal 10-hour workdays. -Some flexibility in schedule and hybrid opportunities.

Cons

-The office "culture" mimics a cliquey, immature, self-righteous high school filled with daily HR complaints, high turnover, and forced social pressures. Not a good workplace for seasoned professionals that just want to work and go home, nor people with mental health issues. -Widespread drama and frustration that management ignores. -They hire smart, kind, people-pleasers, with or without prior experience, who will put up with being thrown into the painfully unstandardized and convoluted work. -Leadership constantly pressures staff to work faster to hit aggressive financial targets while simultaneously demanding all work be triple reviewed and done with quality, creating an impossible, stressful, high-liability loop. -The heavily praised training program is actually self-taught, "learn on the job" style with outdated information, leading to convoluted SOPs where workers are blamed for systemic roadblocks (lots of gaslighting). -Processes feel intentionally over-complicated for clients and contractors, seemingly to generate billable hours rather than to provide genuine services. Critical industry regulations and compliance requirements have been overlooked for extended periods without proper transparency. -Management consistently gives conflicting instructions and actively blames employee confidence and efficiency rather than fixing their own operational failures (lots of gaslighting). -Constant structural changes give employees a deceptive hope of career advancement and promotion opportunities that never actually happen. -They preach to be the best in the industry when in reality, there are numerous other labor compliance firms that offer much more pay for much less work that is more streamlined.
