If you go in the field for this company do not expect to follow OSHA hourly rules or DOT driving rules. 2021 did not even come with a cost of living raise. Expect to be underpaid and gaslit when you ask for a raise. CEO works for the shareholders only (he just got another new lake house), and encourages office managers to ask more from their employees without a consideration for a raise. A typical corporate mould where any new profit is directed towards making more profit. A company that makes money hand over fist and claims to care about the environment while nickel and diming employees is not an honest company. Come try us out!
